GREENSTONE ASSIST COMPLETION OF KAWARAU FALLS STATION - RESERVE NORTH - QUEENSTOWN
As a result of the Developer for this project going into receivership, Greenstone Group were appointed by the Receivers, KordaMentha, to provide expert Project Management services to complete the project for a scheduled August 2010 opening.
The development consists of a 178 room 5-star hotel complex, luxury spa, conference centre, signature restaurant and associated facilities.
At the time Greenstone were appointed, the development was behind programme and over budget, requiring considerable design management and value engineering exercises, plus robust controls to mitigate the Funders’ risk exposure.
