GREENSTONE OPENS MALAYSIA OFFICE
Greenstone Group has been awarded a contract with publicly listed company Bina Puri to provide development / project management services in Malaysia.
Nigel Cooper has since relocated with his family to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In taking up this assignment, Nigel has been appointed Managing Partner for Asia. Greenstone Group is looking forward to expanding our role on other Bina Puri projects and also providing services to the wider Malaysian market.
Greenstone Group is also taking development management skills to Malaysia to assist in facilitating projects, in particular resort, hotel and retail developments. Current projects include 4 residential high rise projects producing product for mid to ultra high end purchasers.
Through our engagement in Malaysia, Greenstone Group has also been awarded accreditation in the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Beachheads programme.
