HAMILTON RETAIL MALL COMPLETED
The final stage of Te Awa, the new fully enclosed mall at The Base in Hamilton, was opened in August with tenants including Farro Fresh, Foundation Bar, Dick Smiths Electronics and Hoyts.
The Base is now New Zealand’s largest single retail centre, covering 80,000 square meters of retailing space.
The new 6 screen 1,400 seat Hoyts cinema leads a design revolution for big screen entertainment. Apart from the most comfortable seats and the latest sight and sound technology, they have introduced a much more welcoming ‘food emporium’ with a much greater range of food for patrons which is presented beautifully in a self serve environment.
This development is the largest single development managed by Greenstone Group. Greenstone Group also provided a large range of services from both our Auckland and Hamilton offices.
