LUNN AVE RETAIL OPEN & TRADING
Greenstone Group used its integrated service model to deliver this $12m retail development.
The development consists of 18 tenancies on one hectare of land on Lunn Avenue in Mt Wellington. The project attracted well known brands such as St Pierres Sushi, Jesters Pies, Coffee Club and Hollywood Bakery.
Initially Greenstone Group provided development management services including feasibility, town planning, leasing and bulk and location planning. Once the project received consent to proceed, project management services were provided, and then finally leasing and tenancy management/coordination services.
The integrated delivery model worked well for the client and has produced an outstanding retail investment with a real point of difference.
