Andy has 26 years experience in the construction industry. He has expertise in all aspects of managing a project from inception to completion.
Andy's specialist skills include urban regeneration, project management, design management, project administration and construction management. He is familiar with the necessary systems and procedures required to deliver public sector projects.
For the past five years Andy has worked in New Zealand and his project experience, both here and in the UK, includes high density residential, subdivisions, education, roading, senior living, health, office/commercial and industrial sector projects ranging in value from $1million to $200million.
Andy has worked on many challenging and innovative projects in a lead role. Andy enjoys working with others and his collaborative approach consistently achieves successful outcomes for key project stakeholders.
