John manages the development functions of Greenstone Group. As such he has been responsible for the successful completion of a range of projects in a broad range of property industry sectors. Projects that John has managed include office, shopping centres, medium and high density residential, subdivisions and specialist use properties. In addition John has managed a number of specific consultancy briefs for individual land owners ranging from assistance with finance and project structuring through to site selection, lease negotiation, resource consent management, feasibility analysis and master planning.
Prior to the formation of Greenstone Group John's experience included that of a director of a major property development and asset management company. In this role he was responsible for the entire development and project management functions of the group. In previous roles he managed a property portfolio worth in excess of $100 million for an international property consultancy and real estate agency. His other positions have included finance lending for a major trading bank, management roles in many of New Zealand's largest shopping centres, and various construction management roles.
John's extensive experience in the creation of development projects, bringing together the functions of marketing, finance, design, sales and leasing bring significant benefits to Greenstone Groups clients.
