Jonathan Albery

BSc (Hons) Construction Management
Jonathan has over 10 years experience in the UK and New Zealand construction industry, ranging from small residential to large commercial and municipal developments. Much of this experience has been gained in central London.
He acquired a BSc (Hons) Degree in Construction Management from the UK and is unique in having both a generic trade and academic background. This has provided Jonathan with a solution orientated style of project management, enabling him to provide useful input in technical and practical terms on projects with difficult or unorthodox methodologies.
Jonathan also has a particular design orientated skill base having provided key input into the designs for a number of construction industry manufacturers.
Jonathan has particular experience in the areas of contract administration, information management, programme management and cost control. These skills have been applied and developed within the New Zealand construction environment over the last four years.
