Lance Painter
PROJECT MANAGER
Lance has over 20 years experience in construction and project management. Prior to joining Greenstone Group in 2005 Lance spent 8 years working for Mainzeal Construction, for the latter period as Project Manager. His management skills have seen him nominated for several industry awards for professional excellence.
During Lance's career he has developed considerable experience in successfully delivering complicated and challenging projects. He has worked on projects as diverse as the $200 million Spring Hill Prison, the Farmers Heritage Hotel redevelopment, new schools, high rise apartment buildings, a church, medical facilities, retail, office and residential developments, a public stadium and the Berkley Cinema Complex at Botany Downs.
His skills include design and project management, project planning, value management, negotiation and programming.
Lance's recent work has been project managing the Bethlehem Shopping centre, consisting of over 17,000sqm of retail space.
