Robert is part of the senior management team at Greenstone Group.
Robert has extensive experience in educational, health, commercial, office, multi-unit residential and telecommunications projects from his 16 years in the construction industry.
Robert has completed a Certificate and Diploma in Quantity Surveying and his experience gives him extensive knowledge of the construction industry from grassroots to senior management.
His other roles have included 4 years as special projects Quantity Surveyor and Estimator for a major contractor, followed by 5 years with a Project and Construction Management firm where his roles included project management, cost control and estimating.
Robert has often been involved with complex projects, providing assistance in areas such as community liaison, value engineering, value management and life cycle costing.
Since joining Greenstone Group in 2004 Robert has mainly been involved in education, multi nit residential, retail, motel and resort projects.
Rob has recently been appointed to the Ministry of Justice's Property Advisory Panel. He is also actively involved with the Frankton Community Liaison Group, and is on the executive of the Property Council of New Zealand.
