Shane Davis

Shane has over 24 years experience in the construction industry, mainly in project management, project administration and architectural design areas. Prior to joining Greenstone Group, Shane was a Senior Project Manager with Coffey (formerly Carson Group). During his 6 years with Carsons he lead several major projects including the Auckland Art Gallery redevelopment ($90 million) and the $90 million Medical FF&E for the new $450 million Auckland City Hospital.
Shane's other roles prior to this were Account Manager for building products supply company and several Project Administrator and Architectural Technician roles for large architectural firms.
During Shane's career he has developed considerable experience in successfully delivering large, complex and challenging projects.
His strengths include design and project management, project planning, financial control and value engineering, risk management and contract administration.
