Tim has recently returned to NZ after 6 years working in the UK. His comprehensive understanding of the construction industry stems from project management roles he has held with one of the UK's largest civil contractors on some of the UK's biggest construction projects.
His experience ranges from working for Design Build Joint Venture Partnerships in large scale public infrastructure projects to the responsibility of project managing infrastructure works at the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport, London.
Prior to leaving New Zealand, Tim worked for an engineering design consultancy in Auckland specialising in medium to large scale residential greenfield subdivisions throughout New Zealand.
Tim’s civil background provides an in-depth understanding of the programming, costs and project feasibility analysis associated with commercial and residential developments. His recent work includes the Lunn Avenue Retail and Business Park in Auckland, Watermark Villas in Taupo and The Mall at The Base Retail Park, Hamilton.
