Tim is an experienced Project and Development Manager responsible for coordinating and implementing complex property development projects. In his role he is charged with conveying and delivering an agreed scope and vision through master planning with key stakeholders. Tim's experience incorporates project strategy development and implementation.
His current role sees him managing the development aspects of the new Te Awa Shopping Mall at The Base, Hamilton for Tainui Group Holdings. The Base is on track to becoming the largest retail shopping precinct in New Zealand.
Tim has been with Greenstone Group since returning from the UK in 2006. Prior to this Tim held a project management position with one of the UK’s largest Civil Contractors, working on some of the UK’s biggest construction projects. This experience included working for Design Build Joint Venture Partnerships in large scale public works projects. Project management roles included the construction of key projects to the value of £60M at Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport over a period of 4 years.
Tim has extensive knowledge of reporting and communicating to key stakeholders including detail on performance, future targets with respect to feasibility, finance, income, design, consents, programme, cost, quality, relationships, legal issues, resource planning and risks.
Tim is also experienced in medium to large scale residential green field developments.
