The Albany Senior High School campus caters for 750 senior school students and the fast-track project was successfully completed in time for the 2010 school year.
Prior to the appointment of Greenstone Group this project was experiencing significant programme difficulties. Greenstone Group conducted a review of the design, programme and cost risks associated with the project, and provided specialist advice to the Ministry of Education and the contractor on programme issues.
Greenstone worked closely with the Ministry of Education, Design Consultants and the Contractor on all time related issues.
