The Bethlehem Shopping Centre represents a 20,000 square metre shopping centre development in Bethlehem, Tauranga. A 3,500 metre square super market has recently been constructed on the site. The remainder of the development will include specialty stores, restaurants, cafes, service facilities and bulk retail.
Greenstone Group has been appointed by AMP joint venture to provide project management services for the completion of this project.
