The Berkeley Cinema Group is a Joint Venture company between Reading Entertainment and Everard Entertainment. Greenstone Group has continued its relationship with Berkeley Cinemas in this project by providing concept design input and feasibility support to assist the client to make the commitment to develop this 8 Screen Cineplex on the AMP Botany Downs site.
Greenstone Group provided the complete project management role for base building and hard fitout, including acting as Engineer to the contract for this $18 million project. Our role also included the management of the fitout of the cinemas and concession areas.
