Greeenstone Group

The project Developer had been unable to secure the necessary final engineering and subdivision approvals to achieve Certificate of Title, and the financiers for the development engaged Greenstone Group to assist with the completion of the subdivision consent and issue of Title’s.

Significant issues that required resolution included, un-consented works, formalisation and certification for several engineering aspects of the project, management and coordination of the survey and easement process and most importantly negotiating with the Statutory Authority to ensure acceptance of the solutions that were provided.

Following this Greenstone Group were also engaged to assist with the Code Compliance Certification (CCC) for one of the residential houses within the subdivision. This involved coordination with the builder, consultants and subcontractors to ensure that all CCC documentation was in place.
