The Jesselton 3 (complex yet to be named) project is a combination of three and four level town houses combined with a high end condominium block of 14 levels on the same site as Jesslton 2 in Kota Kinabalu Sabah.
As with the previous Jesselton project, the developer’s target market is the high end local market and overseas purchasers looking for international standards of accommodation and finishes.Â
