Greenstone Group were development and project managers for the Two Stage Landings residential project in Parnell on behalf of a local investor. The development extends over a 1 acre site off Beach Road, and contains 215 apartments, together with almost 200 carparks, a tennis court, swimming pool and extensive communal facilities.
Following on from the success of Stage 1 of the Landings project, the construction of Stage 2, known as the Landings on Ronayne, commenced in March 2004. The project substantially pre-sold and completion occurred in April 2005. Greenstone Group moneyed the sales process via local agents and offshore exhibitions and the development was fully sold down upon completion.

Working closely with the sales and architectural team, Greenstone Group developed a product with price ranges from $180,000 to $450,000, and floor areas ranging 50m to 78m. This type of product is attractive to both the investment and owner occupier market which allowed a broader range of sales initiatives.
