Lunn Avenue retail consists of 15 tenancy retail development built over one hectare of land and three buildings. The retail is a mixture of a bar, restaurants and takeaway food.
This project was a greenfields development completed for our client under the full services offer. Greenstone Group completed development, project and leasing management and tenancy co-ordination. The development has leased very successfully, filling a gap in the market for the fresh food offer. The project was over 80% leased prior to completion.
