A smaller block of 15 residential apartments located just off Karangahape Rd, in a high demand area of Auckland City.Most apartments were sold off the plans with some being retained by the directors of Greenstone Group as investments. Greenstone Group was appointed to conclude the development. Our role included the management of the sales and marketing process, financing, unit titling, liaising with purchasers in addition to providing the project management.
