This project is located in one of Kuala Lumpur's rapidly expanding suburbs and is aimed at local Malay mid market levels.
Greenstone Group have been engaged to as development project managers and to provide design management services, combined with value engineering services.
The project is at the advanced stages of design with final building plans currently being lodged, with construction due to commence late September 2011.
