Greenstone Group project managed the final phase of Pukekohe Intermediate School’s redevelopment programme. This development consists of a number of isolated projects which has required careful and detailed planning and programming as each phase of work needs to dovetail into the commencement of the next construction phase.
The stages of work being undertaken include the construction of a new administration building along with the refurbishment of the existing administration block, and construction of a new carpark to the entrance of the school.
The new administration building and tower completely transforms the main entrance to the school and greatly improves their existing vehicular and pedestrian traffic segregation by providing better overall circulation and two new dedicated pedestrian access ways.
Greenstone’s scope of services included project management of design and construction of the new facilities, quantity surveying and preparation of cost estimates.
