A new apartment building near Symonds Street in Auckland City. Greenstone Group are appointed as Project Managers on this site.
The building consists of 156 one and two bedroom apartments together with common facilities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, lounge, theatre and roof deck. The complex has a modern design with a dramatic entrance zone.
The building will feature sweeping views to the harbour from its prominent position above the Grafton Gully.
The initial role focused on managing the restructuring of the resource consent previously obtained for this development and to set up the project for tender and construction.
Top down construction for the basement levels significantly reduced the overall construction programme.
