Greenstone Group has been appointed project managers for this $65M Tainui Airport Accor Hotel project. Situated within a few meters from the Auckland Airport International arrivals area this 263 room, twelve storey Novotel Hotel will be open for the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
The Client for the construction of the hotel is a JV between the Auckland Airport, Tainui Group Holdings and Accor Hospitality.
This appointment further reinforces Greenstone Groups relationship with Tainui Group Holdings following our appointment to manage The Mall at The Base at Te Rapa, north of Hamilton
This project is currently being designed by Warren and Mahoney as the Project Architects and Buller George Turkington as the Structural Engineers.
The project will be tendered in October for a construction start on site of December 09.
