Greeenstone Group

This project involved the design and construction of a 263 room, twelve story 4 star plus Accor Novotel Hotel on Auckland Airport land adjacent to the international terminal and included conference, function and meeting facilities, restaurant and bar facilities as well as providing world class accommodation for visitors.

The hotel was designed to incorporate an elegant, contemporary facility which represents the Auckland Airport brand, the cultural heritage of Tainui and the service values of Accor.

Greenstone Group was appointed as project managers for this joint venture between Tainui Group Holdings, Accor Hospitality and Auckland International Airport and provided a full service which included:
