Greenstone Group were initially engaged by the Project Financier to undertake a full Project Audit of the development to gain a better understanding of the actual status of significant elements on the project and its management after the termination of the main contractors role on the project.
Soon after the audit report was complete, Greenstone Group was engaged to provide Project Management services on the development to ensure the project could get back on track and be completed within the tight timeframes remaining. The scope of Greenstone's role included finalizing the design and consent status, implementing the appropriate project structure and site management team, reporting and communication with the client and financier, contract and programme management, management of the code compliance and titles sign off process.
Upon Greenstone Group's engagement on the development the project was 3 months behind programme. The overall project along with the necessary local and regional authority certification was complete within the required timeframes and given the projects isolation (located 150km south of Tauranga) is a testament to the in-depth planning, strategies, direction and structure implemented by the Greenstone team.
