This apartment project is situated across from the waters edge in the rapidly developing town of Whitianga within the popular holiday resort region of the Coromandel Peninsula.
The project consists of 19 luxury apartments together with a ground floor retail shop, pool, sauna and gym as well as manager's accommodation.
Greenstone Group is the project manager of this development and engineer to the contract.
The project commenced construction in mid 2005 with completion in July 2006. The project was fully sold off the plans prior to commencement.
