Greenstone Group has been appointed development, project and leasing manager for this $110M project. Situated within the already highly successful Base Shopping Centre, the mall is conceived to provide a full specialty retail experience for its significant residential catchment.
The anchor tenant will be a Farmers department store, supported by a wide range of fashion tenancies together with a foodcourt. mini-majors and service retailers.
The project will also include 750 underground carparks and set a new design benchmark for retail in the Waikato.
In order to provide opportunity for future expansion the design allows for a potential second level to be added.
