This 8 screen multiplex facility was built as part of The Palms Shopping Centre development. This development was constructed by Sabina Ltd - the owners of The Palms. Greenstone Group were employed by Berkeley Cinema Group to manage the Sabina Base building architect and the Reading specialist cinema architect (based in Los Angeles, USA) during the detail cinema design. Greenstone Group also managed the fitout design and the procurement of Berkeley supplied equipment, along with the provision of onsite Construction Management services in Christchurch.
