Pukekohe Intermediate School Administration Block and Miscellaneous Works - $1.5M

Greenstone Group has recently completed project managing the final phase of Pukekohe Intermediate School’s redevelopment programme. This development consists of a number of isolated projects which has required careful and detailed planning and programming as each phase of work needs to dovetail into the commencement of the next construction phase.

Awakiriapa is a coastal lifestyle estate consisting of 5 Lots covering 26ha. Greenstone Group was engaged to provide advice on the issues and risks surrounding the completion of this project. Greenstone Group's role included review of resource consents, design specification and staging.

The project consists of a podium with 4 levels of car parking, 2 retail units, a gymnasium and two separate apartment towers totalling 168 apartments. Bethlehem Shopping Centre - $32M

Tauranga

The Bethlehem Shopping Centre represents a 20,000 square metre shopping centre development in Bethlehem, Tauranga. A 3,500 metre square super market has recently been constructed on the site. The remainder of the development will include specialty stores, restaurants, cafes, service facilities and bulk retail.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Puau Te Moana Nui a Kiwa - $6M

Glen Innes, Auckland

Greenstone Group has been awarded the design and construction of the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Puau Te Moana Nui A Kiwa new school premises. The kura was a community initiative to support families and their children from contributing Kohanga Reo who wished to continue a Kaupapa Maori educational option. As the result of the closure of Glen Innes Intermediate School, where it is currently located, the kura is working with the Ministry of Education to permanently relocate to a newly built premises on their present site.
