The Raye Freedman Arts Centre at Epsom Girls Grammar School includes a specialist performing arts auditorium and accommodation for the school's music and drama departments. This $5.5 million Centre was funded by Epsom Girls Grammar School, the Ministry of Education, the ASB Trust and The Auckland City Council.

Landings Stage 1 - $17M

Parnell, Auckland

Greenstone Group was appointed as development and project manager part way through this project. The role was to alter the building design to a more market driven product, refocus sales initiatives and restructure finance. Associated initiatives involved applying for variations to existing resource consents together with managing the unit title and settlement process.

955 Shopping Centre - $1.5M

Mt Albert, Auckland City

At the conclusion of a lease with The Warehouse chain, Greenstone Group was appointed to manage the refurbishment of the building into a convenience retail centre containing such tenants as Seamart, Civic Video, Fruit World and Super Liquor.

Mount View Apartments - $2.5M

Newton, Auckland City

A smaller block of 15 residential apartments located just off Karangahape Rd, in a high demand area of Auckland City

The Palms Reading Cinemas - $17M

Shirley, Christchurch

This 8 screen multiplex facility was built as part of The Palms Shopping Centre development. This development was constructed by Sabina Ltd - the owners of The Palms. Greenstone Group were employed by Berkeley Cinema Group to manage the Sabina Base building architect and the Reading specialist cinema architect (based in Los Angeles, USA) during the detail cinema design. Greenstone Group also managed the fitout design and the procurement of Berkeley supplied equipment, along with the provision of onsite Construction Management services in Christchurch.

Crossroads Shopping Centre - $3.5M

Papakura, South Auckland

Greenstone Group was utilised for its expertise in retail planning and leasing by the owners of this site, The Methodist Church. Greenstone Group assisted with the specification, design and planning of this shopping centre in the centre of the Papakura Township, south of Auckland.
