Courtenay Central - $24M

Wellington City

Greenstone Group was approached by Reading Entertainment, the owner of a large block of land in Courtenay Place Wellington. Reading Entertainment contracted Greenstone Group to explore a variety of development options for this site. Subsequent to choosing the preferred solution, Greenstone Group was engaged to manage the development process.

Pinnacle Ridge - $1.5M

New Lynn, Waitakere

Greenstone Group was appointed to this project when the property had a resource consent partially completed. We redesigned the project to incorporate 16 townhouses. The project was then marketed, developed and sold.

Tasti Products - $1.8M

Te Atatu, Waitakere City

Tasti Products is a manufacturer of food products including cereal bars and muesli bars. Tasti required an expansion to their factory due to a rapid increase in export volumes. The expansion required linking the existing factory via a new production area to the inward and outwards goods store. A link was also provided to the existing cafeteria.

Flax Apartments - $6M

Mackelvie Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland

Flax Apartments comprises 31 apartments in a four storey block with basement parking. Greenstone Group were appointed by the project financier when it became clear that the project would not reach completion before the sunset dates in the sale and purchase agreements. Greenstone Group provided project re-structuring and on-going direction to ensure that the project was completed prior to the sunset date expiry.

Matapia Resort - $200M

Whangaparoa Peninsula

Greenstone Group was engaged to manage the concept and detailed design of a resort hotel. Greenstone Group introduced international resort architects to the project and managed a collaborative design process between the international and local architectural firms.

Mauku School Administration Block - $0.5M

Mauku, New Zealand

Mauku School wanted to create a new administration block, which included the extension of an adjacent classroom to optimise the space allowable under Ministry of Education rules.
