Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Liaison with purchasers and their solicitors;
- Provision of regular newsletters to communicate project progress;
- Ascertaining each purchasers financial ability and willingness to settle;
- Arranging collateral material to assist purchasers to settle (valuations, depreciation schedules, body corp rules, yield and return calculations);
- Assisting purchasers to arrange settlement (liaising with mortgage brokers and third party financiers, liaising with purchasers solicitors and financial advisors);
- Reporting to the vendor on a regular basis;
- Liaising with vendor and vendor’s solicitor.
